Ils m'ont appelé en m’indiquant que je paie 26 € dans ma facture d'électricité pour un service de dépannage, (chauffage, etc..) et comme je n'ai pas utilisé ce services, j'ai droit a un remboursement de 13 € par mois et pour ce faire ils voulaient vérifier mes coordonnées, (qu'ils avaient déjà), afin de procéder aux remboursement mensuel. Sauf que pour obtenir le remboursement je devais signer un contrat qu'ils m'ont envoyé par mail et il fallait que je le signe de suite. C'est là que j'ai compris qu'il s'agissant d'une arnaque et j'ai refusé de signer. D'ailleurs sur la page d'accueil du vrai site de la société CDA, il y a un message d'alerte pour informer qu'ils sont victime d'une escroquerie par téléphone en leurs noms.
