Non seulement ça se permet de dire qu’on a pas profiter du service et nous enguirlande quasi …. Mais une fois qu’on leurs dis non ils deviennent vite agressif… C’est quand qu’une lois sort pour fermer ces boutiques? Au lieu d’interdire à tout va plein de choses du quotidien !!!

la personne dit qu'on n'a pas utilisé les frais de dépannage compris dans la facture électrique et qu'on aura un remboursement en 11 euro sur la facture a partir de janvier parce qu'on a pas utilisé le service + un chèque cadeau d'un certain montant (je n'ai pas bien entendu). Il envoie ca par mail. pour cela il demande de confirmer certaine information personnelle. J'ai raccrocher
