Selon de préfixe le numéro vient de la région de Bruxelles. Je n'ai pas trouvé plus d'info sur internet. Quelqu’un avait un appel de ce numéro aussi?

Depuis une semaine je recois des appels du n° 028083983 que je raccroche. Le sonneur ne laisse jamais un message au répondeur. Je suppose que les numéros de téléphone similaires viennent d'un centre d'appel pour vendre qque chose ?
