Niet fijn om zo onbeleefd behandeld te worden. Hij belde me op, ik belde terug om te weten of er iemand me nodig had. Toen ik hoorde dat het om de verkoop van een krant ging, zei ik dat ik daar nu geen tijd voor had. Hij zei me 'dat ik hem wel had gebeld en wel tijd had gevonden om hem te bellen'.

Un monsieur s'est présenté de la part de Test Achats et m'a proposé d'acheter un pack de découverte de plusieurs services Test Achat pour 4 euro/mois. Selon lui, c'était juste un essai pour un mois. Je lui ai demandé si l'offre était aussi valable sur le site internet, ce qui est vrai. Sauf qu'il voulait absolulement me convaincre de commander/acheter le pack via téléphone, en essayant même de me culpabiliser: "Si vous comandez via le site, alors moi je ne peux pas faire mon job et je ne suis pas payé". Je lui ai remercié de l'info et je lui ai expliqué que j'allais pas prendre une décision tout de suite. Alors il m'a racroché brusquement.

Ca fait des mois que de temps à autre, ce numéro me contacte. J'ai pour habitude de ne pas répondre aux appels de numéros que je ne connais pas ou masqués. Si votre téléphone le permet, il vous suffit de bloquer ce no, il sera immédiatement dirigé vers votre messagerie vocale et comme il ne laisse pas de message, l appel ne vous sera même pas signalé car directement mis sous forme de sms et dans la boîte à sms des no bloqués ????

Een onbekende beller naar de gsm van mijn dochtertje welke zelf met niemand belt. Ik heb opgenomen en gevraagd wie er belde en toen werd de lijn verbroken. Heb het nummer geblokkeerd nu. Lees veel negatieve reacties hier....wordt tijd dat ze dit nummer uit de lucht halen.

A plusieurs reprises et à des heures différentes ce numéro m’a téléphoné, plusieurs fois je n’ai pas décroché, puis comme on insiste, j’ai voulu savoir qui était au bout du fil, je décroche et dis allô et à l’autre bout du fil j’entendais quelqu’un qui raccrochait le télèphone. Puis je vérifie ma facture de Base et Base m’a facturé un montant de 2,21 eur! prétendant que j’ai formé ce numéro! Je me suis même demandé si ce n’est pas Base qui « invente » ces pratiques pour pouvoir facturer ses clients? Très curieux comme pratique en tout cas.

(français plus bas) (english version below) Belt op en doet alsof ze geen Nederlands spreken (hoewel ze me perfect verstaan met vragen). Ze zeggen dat ze je doorverbinden en leggen dan af, in de hoop dat je hun terugbelt. Niet doen dus. Téléphone et dit qu'ils vont transférer la téléphone a leur collègue, mais ils raccrochent la téléphone dans l'éspoir que vous les rapeller. Ne pas. Calls you and pretends to not speak your language, after which they say they will transfer you to their colleagues but hang up "accidentally" instead in the hopes of you calling them back. Don't do this.
