Sur fond de nombreux échanges téléphoniques, la personne m'a patiemment, posément, décrit très précisément et deprime abord justement, les avantage d'un changement de fournisseur jusqu'à - invitation à souscrire (Eneco > Essent); - invitation à rappeler ("033049208 Mademoiselle Eliane") si besoin; - promesse de rappel en fin de contrat pour autre meilleur choix éventuel. Tout paraissait correct et honnête, mais un doute me vint - quand je ne suis pas parvenu à me connecter sur le prétendu site <moncomparateur.be>; - quand je me suis interrogé sur son accès, apparemment, à mon compte de fournisseur actuel; - quand je me suis rendu compte qu'elle n'était pas la personne qui, quelques jours auparavant, m'avait laissé un message sur gsm, tandis qu'elle m'appelait sur mon fixe, et que le fournisseur proposé était là "Mega" et non "Essent"; - quand, constatant qu'il n'existe pas un seul et unique conseiller reconnu, mais plusieurs…
