Se fait passer pour un comparateur travaillant en comparaison avec tous les fournisseurs d’énergie . Ils informent du meilleur fournisseurs dans la région et se proposent d’opérer le changement de fournisseur eux mêmes , au téléphone. Le premier appel ressemblait à une erreur (8sec) j’ai ensuite rappelé et un conseillé semblait étonné de mon appel . Il raccrochera à mon nez lors de ma question « mais à quoi servez -vous ? Je ne suis pas assez fou pour passer par un inconnu pour changer de fournisseur alors que c’est si simple... » Une seconde conseillère décrochera , prétextant que son collègue est parti en pause :’) Je les soupçonne d’être liés à Essent (qu’ils sont incapables de prononcer correctement, d’ailleurs )
