Ik zou een televerkoper mondeling goedkeuring gegeven hebben om mij aanbiedingen te sturen. Een reisaanbod via mail van het bedrijf Holidaytools voor 199 euro. Ik zou geen antwoord gegeven hebben op die mail die ik nooit gezien heb en daarmee akkoord gegaan zijn met de som van 199. Doordat het zogezegd een openstaand factuur is, kwamen daar dossierkosten en intresten bij dus moest ik 472 euro betalen binnen de drie dagen of het dossier zou naar een deurwaarder gaan. Volgens de oplichter zou die mail in mijn spambox terecht gekomen zijn en zelfs dat zou mijn verantwoordelijkheid zijn om elke dag die spambox uit te kuisen....Dream on... heb dit al gemeld aan https://meldpunt.belgie.be.

Vandaag telefoon gehad dat ik nog een openstaande factuur zu hebben van ongeveer 460 euro naar aanleiding van een package dat ik telefonisch zou aanvaard hebben van 199 euro. zou zouden me de bons opgestuurd hebben per mail en daarna verschillende malen facturen waarop ik niet gereageerd zou hebben. Nu een Incasso-bureau die bedreigd om gerechtsdeurwaarder te sturen indien ik niet betaal… er zou ook en bandopname bestaan waarbij ze mijn telefonisch akkoord zouden hebben die ik pas kan beluisteren indien ik betaal…:-)… goed geprobeerd
