Sonne concernant les résiliations d'abonnements Test Achat ! Un simple mail suffit quand don a déjà prévenu par recommandé de la résiliation. TOUT est une question d'argent, même chez eux apparemment !!!

Ik ben een gescheiden vrouw met een kind van 10 jaar, de reden van opzegging is dat ik het me financieel niet meer kan veroorloven.als de maand half is na betaling van rekeningen. heb ik nog 9 euro over.vandaar de opzegging. Ik heb het toch een aangetekende zending verzonden met opzegging. Dan moet je me niet meer lastig vallen.

C'est le call center de Test Achats. Apparaît comme numéro d'appel (j'ai loupé l'appel) mais si on sonne en retour, on tombe sur un répondeur qui explique que ce numéro n'est utilisé que pour les appels sortants de Test Achat, pas pour les appels entrants.

On m'appelle toujours à partir de ce numéro sur mon téléphone portable mais il ne sonne jamais plus que deux fois et il coupe l'appel après. Je suis en train de contacter le numéro, mais mon opérateur m'a toujours donné une réponse automatique que le numéro n'existe pas. Savez-vous plus?
