Je suis déjà chez Orange, ils savent tout de mes abonnements chez eux, pourquoi m'appelleraient-ils afin de connaitre ce qu'ils savent déjà en consultant leurs systèmes d'information client? C'est forcément une arnaque.

Bellen in naam van Orange operator, wensen een afspraak op bedrijf ter vergelijking van huidige gsm-facturen. Spreekt enkel Frans en geen Nederlands. Had afspraak vastgelegd als deze in het NL zou kunnen doorgaan, ik zou een mail de dag ervoor ontvangen voor afspraak te bevestigen. Telefoniste heeft nooit achter mail adres gevraagd dus hoe kan dit dan bevestigd worden?! Nadien heb ik Orange zelf gebeld via het officieel nummer en zij zeiden dat dit zeker niet Orange is en dat zij nooit op deze manier werken, het nummer waar zij van bellen is zeker niet van Orange. De dag voor afspraak terug telefoon gehad van dit nummer, dat ik afspraak kon bevestigen, de persoon die zou komen zou dan geen Nederlands spreken maar enkel Frans of Engels. Heb afspraak direct geannuleerd. Vreemde zaken, ga hier niet op in. Had zelf fake adres doorgegeven voor afspraak.

La dame s'est présentée comme de la société Smart Telecom qui travaille avec Orange, Proximus et autres. Elle m'a confirmé être basée en Belgique (j'en doute fortement) et quand j'ai mentionné être sur la liste "ne m'appelez plus": "ah désolée, je n'ai pas vérifié", comme si elle faisait ça à la main et pas avec un logiciel d'appel massif...

If you have free call, just call them back and mute the phone. Repeat the operations. That will **** them off. You can also pass music. Based on experience they like Richard Cleyderman and Vivalvi, if you try Tata Yoyo, they tend to hang up faster ;-). After a few calls they shutdown the line ;-)
