Il s'est annoncé comme avocat à la commission européenne. Il a un accent espagnol. Il prétend être mandaté pour une affaire de harcèlement téléphonique de la part d'une firme de vins de Bordeaux. Après plusieurs demandes répétées pour qu'il s'identifie, il a donné comme nom Carlos ... (orthographe non-garantie), habitant 13 rue de la Colline à 1000 Bruxelles. Comme nous avons dit ne pas être au courant de cette affaire, il a dit qu'il enverrait un courrier à notre adresse qu'il connaissait (Il nous l'a citée).
