J'ai décroché aujourd'hui. Une femme se présenté en tant que l'employé de Proximus et voulait des renseignements concrnant la cause du changement de l'opérateur. Après ma question "à quoi elle veut en venir?" elle a raccroché. Selon les informations que j'ai, leurs télévendeurs n'ont pas le droit de le faire.
