Doen zich voor als telenet medewerker, maar het gaat volgens mij om een call center om na te kijken bij welke provider je zit! Ik had een onvriendelijke dame aan de telefoon die zich voordeed als medewerkster Telenet en zelfs kwaad en onbeschoft werd toen ik haar confronteerde rond het Brusselse nummer. Telenet zit in Mechelen... Niet in Brussel!
