Merci à ce site. Mauvais point à l'annuaire inversé belge qui vous note, quel que soit le format du numéro (avec ou sans le 0 ou le 32 etc....) encodé : "nous n'avons pas de renseignements sur ce numéro".

Afgelopen week werd ik gedurende een drietal dagen elke dag 1 x gebeld vanop het nummer +32 2 788 99 60. De eerste keer nam ik niet op omdat ik het nummer niet kende en net in een cursus zat. Ik zocht het op, vond de website die aan dit nummer is verbonden evenals deze site vol negatieve reacties. De tweede keer nam ik op en hoorde ik geluid alsof er vanop een landschapsbureau veel gebeld werd - ik dacht toen al aan een callcenter. Er werd echter niets gezegd. De derde keer dat ik vanop dit nummer werd gebeld, had ik een Hollandssprekende, zeer vriendelijke, dame aan de lijn die een tevredenheidsmeting wou doen i.v.m. de Skoda-garage waarbij ik vorige maand klant was geworden. Ze vertelde heel correct hoe men mijn telefoonnummer had verkregen, vroeg geheel correct of ik wou deelnemen aan deze meting, vroeg heel correct of mijn antwoorden mochten doorgegeven worden aan de desbetreffende garage. Aangezien de garage mij had verwittigd dat ik kon opgebeld worden, heb ik meegedaan met deze tevredenheidsmeting. Het heeft misschien op en al 10' geduurd en ik heb er de medewerkers van de garage uiteindelijk een grote dienst mee bewezen. Dit callcenter is blijkbaar een gekend bedrijf in het Brusselse en neemt zowel telefonisch als online enquêtes af (net zoals Profacts, I-say (Ipsos), GFK,...dit ook doen. Het feit dat er enkele keren werd gebeld zonder iets in te spreken op de voicemail of niet te antwoorden is niet goed te praten, maar uiteindelijk is het een bedrijf als een ander dat werkt in opdracht van andere bedrijven. Ik heb er uiteindelijk wel een positieve ervaring mee. Dit is de website: http://www.dedicated.be/index.cfm?langueCourante=NL . Be positive. De mensen die er werken, verdienen er hun brood mee en mogen met net zoveel respect behandeld worden, als jij met respect wil behandeld worden. Als je opgebeld wordt en je weet niet vanwaar men je telefoonnummer heeft, vraag het dan gewoon even (beleefd) en vraag om je telefoonnummer te laten schrappen uit hun lijst
