le numéro n'est pas masqué lors de l'appel, et quand on les rappelle, on arrive bien chez Proximus au service rendez-vous. J'ai rappelé 2x, et ai bien eu deux autres personnes différentes (logique pour un call center). Ce n'est donc pas une arnaque mais c'est vrai que la démarche est assez bizarre...

Reçu appel de (Proximus ???) mentionnant une adresse a laquelle nous n'habitons plus depuis 6 ans. Font tout pour obtenir un rendez-vous sur place avec un haut responsable (pas un commercial)

Ils vous appellent et disent être de proximus. Ils disent qu'ils ont des démarcheurs dans votre entité et qu'ils souhaitent vous envoyer celui-ci afin de faire une analyse de votre produit. Ils vous demandent chez quel opérateur êtes vous actuellement. Cela sent l'anarque à plein nez surtout quand vous êtes vous même client proximus depuis toujours.
