Contacté sur mon téléphone privé, me demande si je suis bien de la Société XXX Service, ce qui correspond "+/-" au nom de la société pour laquelle je travaille réellement. Lorsque je demande à qui ai-je l'honneur, on me répète que c'est pour un dossier confidentiel et qu'ils veulent le Responsable. Insiste pour avoir mon nom exacte. J'ai demandé comment cela se fait-il qu'ils aient mon numéro privé pour un contact prof, et insiste toujours pour avoir mon nom. La personne semble s'énerver au bout du fil, j'ai donc souhaité une bonne journée et raccroché (sans avoir entendu ses dernières explications).

j'ai reçu un appel me demandant si il était bien "chez ..." j'ai dis oui, on m'a demander si j'était la gérante j'ai dis non. il voulait lui parler et quand j'ai demandé pourquoi, elle a été agressive et a fini par me raccrocher au nez.

J’ai commandé des panneaux sol à une furète en Hollande, que j’ai décommandé 10 minutes plus tard, ils on soit disant livré à une adresse que je ne connais pas, qui a refusé le colis mon ils dit, depuis ils me harcèle pour un payement de 20,96€ vie bel.com . Malheureusement pour moi ils on mon mail et mon téléphone
