Ik werd opgebeld. De robotstem kende mijn naam en mijn voorschotbedrag bij Luminus. Ze wouden dit verhogen, wat ik geweigerd heb. Als ik mijn meterstanden ingeef ( dat doe ik maandelijks) dan wordt ook voorgesteld mijn voorschotbedrag te verhogen. Dus ik weet niet zeker dat dit fake is.

Appelle bizarre d’un robot pour luminus pour augmenter mon acompte en électricité. J’ai raccroché Alors que l’acompte que je paye couvre largement ma consommation. Robot stem die zegt dat het een belangrijk bericht van Luminus is en dan je naam uitspreekt je dient te bevestigen met 1 JA of 2 NEE Als je klant bent van Luminus weten ze dat en vragen ze niet om jou naam. Als je bevestigd met 1 hebben de oplichters je naam aan je telefoon nummer gelinkt.
