Ik verwachtte een pakje van een bedrijf xp-pen. De leverancier belde me op mijn gsm-nummer. Ik was 1 seconde te laat om te nemen, en ik belde terug naar dit telefoonnummer en ik krijg enkel antwoordapparaat. Ik vind dat vervelend omdat ik niet achter kan halen van wie me gebeld. Gevolg: pakje nog niet ontvangen, terwijl ik thuis was. Ook vind ik deze manier van communicatie vreemd, omdat de chauffeur niet eens moeite doet om aan de deurbel aan te bellen. Het is logisch dat jij bij leveringen eerst aan de deurbel rinkelt, en dan pas telefoneert. Want het geluid van een deurbel merk jij eenmaal sneller op dan van een telefoon.
