Il se présente rapidement en insistant sur le fait que l’appel est enregistré, que lui et son collègue « Blerim » ont eu beaucoup de plainte dans le quartier et qu’ils vont passer pour vérifier les modems. Lorsque j’accepte le rendez vous il me parle de l’adresse de mes parents, lorsque je dis que je n’habite plus la mais que j’aimerai un nouveau modèle pour avoir Disney+ il bègue et me demande d’attendre car il doit changer d’agenda. Il me dit que je ne peux pas avoir Disney+ Mais que son collègue « blerim » m’expliquera pourquoi. Proximus travaille avec des agendas maintenant ? Non, même lorsqu’ils se présentent à la maison tout est informatisé. Bref, il me dit de ne pas m’inquiéter qu’ils me recontacteront car « blerim » ne travaille pas dans ma commune et raccroche.

J'ai dit que suis parti chez Orange et elle m'a demandé les raisons, elle n'a pas insisté quand j'ai dit ne pas retourner chez Proximus pour l'instant. Est restée polie. Sûrement des démarcheurs...

42 appels en absence sur 2 mois. Se présente comme Proximus neanmoins ne possède aucunes données (ou bien des erronées) alors que je suis chez cet opérateur. Souhaite me rencontrer pour proposer et comparer des plans tarifaires. Curieuse démarche en temps de Covid... N'a pas insisté quand j'ai manifesté mon non intérêt. Je pense qu'il s'agit de démarcheurs concurrents... méthode de contact douteuse de se présenter comme mon opérateur alors qu'ils ne le sont pas... Poli malgré tout.
