J'ai un peu prolongé la conversation...si vous êtes du service finances, vous devez avoir mon numéro de compte? La dame s'énerve un peu..."je vous demande d'abord votre banque" Je lui réponds que je vais chercher mon numéro...pour ne pas revenir bien sûr. Elle a patienté 4 minutes!
