Devient grossier lorsqu'on lui demande trop d'explication. En expliquant que je suis inscrit sur la lise "ne m'appeler plus", il continuait a discuter. Lorsque je lui ais dit que j'allais porter plainte il a prit peur et a raccroché.

je n'ai pas compris de quel organisme il s'agissait...l'interlocutrice me dit que j'ai payé 29,00 environ chaque mois indûment sur ma facture d'électricité pur dépannage et service non utilisé et "qu'on" me rembourserait 200 euros..JE N'ai donné aucun renseignements bancaires évidemment..elle connaissait mon adresse mail et postale...et mon n°DE TEL
