bjr voila cela va faire un mois que ce numero m'appel .. ils ce font passez pur luminus mais j vois ds tout vos commentaire qeue ces proximus etc. ils avait deja appeler et je leur es dit que jetait gerer part un avocat jai donner les coordonner mais ils me rappel encore et je peux lire aussi que ces une femme et moi les 2 appel que j'ai recu etait un homme que faire?? Une dame sois disant que c'est proximus. "Non vous n'êtes pas proximus" et me répond que c'est bien proximus. Quand j'insiste que non, elle a raccroché

J'ai reçu un appel de la part de ce numéro une dame s'est présentée au nom de Proximus elle m'a proposé une offre avec TV après 2 appels elle a pu me convaincre, jusqu'à maintenant j'ai reçu mon pack Proximus avec un TV Samsung 4 K et un A8 sans problème et ma facture Proximus, possible que ce soit un prestataire de Proximus mais rien de douteux

Je ne connais pas ce numéro, mais il m'a appelé quelques fois. C'était plus comme une sonnerie qu'un appel propre et donc je n'ai pas réussi à répondre au téléphone. Pas de message, pas d'information sur internet. Savez-vous si le numéro est sûr au rappeler?

J'ai pu prendre contact avec ce num, c'est l'opérateur proximus j'ai eu une dame qui m'a présenté une offre pour un abonnement, j'étais un peu sceptique au départ, mais quand elle m'a envoyé le contrat par mail et après par poste je me suis rassurée et j'ai pris l'abonnement avec appels illimités avec une superbe promo

Bonjour Charlotte, J'ai eu le même appel. Par contre, pas silencieux. Il semblerait que ce soit ORANGE l'opérateur téléphonique qui soit en train de faire de la conversion clients en vendant des abonnements. Le helpdesk ne connait pas ce numéro mais ils font une enquête en interne. Ils ne communiqueront rien sauf s'il y a une gêne occasionnée.
