L'opératrice se présente comme étant Mélissa rien de plus et me demande de confirmer des informations personnelles. Je demande qui réclame ces informations et à quel titre ... On me répète que c'est Mélissa, au nom d'une 'Société privée', et que la loi l'oblige à me demander quelques informations avant d'en dire plus (gros mensonge). Je refuse, elle me dit que c'est très grave. Je l'envoie sur les roses, et elle m'indique que tout me sera dès lors communiqué par la poste. Beaucoup plus d'agressivité dans le ton du coup. Je lui indique que je vais porter plainte pour tentative d'arnaque ou de phishing... Elle raccroche :-)

So the guy called me. Telling me that it was a legal issue and they needed to confirm my details. I asked WHO....He wouldnt and could say! ALARM BELLS RANG...After about 5 minutes he told me it was an invoice, I asked him who from? He couldn't say? I told him he wasnt getting any of my personal data with out confirming who he was and who he represented...He rang off saying he will call back. I will happily await his call to tell him exactly what I think of his behaviour.
