Pérorer sans fin, sans porter PLAINTE, c'est très puéril, irresponsable, quel exemple.... Vous pouvez décrocher ou pas hurler ou pas, ils s’en fichent ! Portez plainte auprès du MÉDIATEUR DES TELECOMS et si après 3 semaines, pas amélioration portez cette plainte auprès de BIC'S (filiale de PROXIMUS), les seuls qui peuvent vraiment AGIR ...
