Une dame m’a appelé concernant mon abonnement Proximus, quand j’ai dit que je n’avais pas d’abonnement Proximus, elle a hésité puis a dit que c’était une erreur... donc Arnaque, Proximus sait très bien quels numéros sont clients chez eux

Ce Monsieur prétendait m'appeler concernant mon abonnement Proximus. Il voyait sur son écran qu'il s'agissait d'un pack privé gsm/ tv/ internet. Quand il m'a demandé de confirmer je lui ai proposé de mieux regarder son écran ( il s'agit en fait d'un abonnement pro souscrit par l'Etat belge ...)et lui ai dit que je ne répondrai pas car je ne le connaissais pas! Il s'est énervé, a haussé le ton avant de raccrocher... je vais porter plainte auprès de Proximus.

Il s’est fait passé pour le service Proximus un lundi de Pentecôte :/ pour me dire qu’il appelait au sujet de mon abonnement Orange .. et quand je lui ai dis que je n’avais rien chez Orange il a prétexter une erreur :/
