Ze deden zich in het frans voor alsof ze van Proximus waren. Dat er problemen waren en dat we onze login gegevens moesten geven zodat ze onze pc over konden nemen. Wij zijn helemaal niet bij proximus en mocht dat wel zo zijn .. ze hoeven geen toegang tot de server van op afstand alsook naar onze paswoorden vragen.

Veilig. Client center BNP Paribas Fortis. Heb aangegeven geen informatie te willen doorgeven omdat ik het niet vertrouwde en zelf enkele vragen gesteld aan de beller :). Nadien mijn hoofdkantoor gecontacteerd en zij hadden een log dat iemand van bij hen idd mij gecontacteerd had en ze konden ook precies zeggen wie, wanneer en voor welke reden. Dit nummer is dus te vertrouwen.

Rustig mensen. Dit is het nummer dat op je toestel verschijnt als het Easy Banking centre (= BNP Paribas Fortis, klantendienst, advies op afstand,...) je opbelt. Ik werk hiervoor. Vraag het gerust na in je kantoor. U kan worden opgebeld voor verschillende redenen. Het kan inderdaad zijn dat men u vragen stelt ivm uw adres, geboortedatum en recente verrichtingen. Dit zijn veiligheidsvragen zodat wij kunnen controleren dat u de juiste persoon bent. Soms moeten wij ons daarvan verzekeren als wij persoonlijke informatie moeten meedelen via de telefoon of wijzigingen aanbrengen bij uw rekeningen of gegevens. Dat laatste gebeurt trouwens uitsluitend met uw uitdrukkelijke instemming. Je kan op PC banking ook een phone banking code aanmaken (5 cijfers), zodat we deze vragen niet hoeven te stellen. Dit is een beveiligingscode die we enkel gebruiken voor telefonisch contract. Als u die code heeft, kan u meteen alle twijfel wegnemen dat u wel degelijk spreekt met uw bank. Nog steeds twijfels na het gesprek? Vraag het gerust na in je kantoor. Blijf uiteraard voorzichtig met wat u telefonisch meegeeft want er bestaan uiteraard oplichters. Dit nummer is dat echter niet.
