Quand vous décrochez pas de son de l'autre côte...si vous rappelez le numéro vous tombez bien chez Luminus mais ils ne peuvent pas vous dire qui a appelé et cérise sur le gâteau la personne vous dit vous avez un problème avec vôtre téléphone et qu'ils vont vous rappeler (déjà plusiers fois que ça m'aarive)...Luminus rime avec incompétance et accuse toujours le client quand il y a un souci

na het invullen van een klacht in het formulier op de website van luminus, wordt je in de komende dagen opgebeld door de klantendienst. in ongeveer de helft van de gevallen bellen ze je op (ik herken het nummer), maar blijft het stil aan de andere kant van de lijn, ook al zeg je hallo. na ongeveer 15 seconden wordt de verbinding van luminus uit verbroken. vervolgens wordt je klacht natuurlijk compleet verkeerd behandeld door de compleet incompetente klantendienst.

Ik ontving meerdere telefoons vd klantendienst voor een commercieel aanbod. Ik contacteerde de klantendienst om aan te geven dat ik geen telefoons wil ontvangen. Dag erna belde deze nummer me op. Als ik opnam en 2x mijn naam zijn beef het stil. Terwijl ik aan het afleggen was, hoorde ik een stem 'ja' zeggen. Ik heb de oproep afgebroken.

silent call is security on my iphone. Why calling with fix number as i have fix phone. If they wanna contact me so by app or cell phone, so this calls are for sure negative as 98% of calls prove, so negative and blocked
