Eneco bedrog (Telemarketeer) reported by LH
BEDROG !!! Ik werd telefonisch gecontacteerd door (Veroniek een partner van) Eneco met een fantastisch aanbod: elektriciteit en gas voor €83/maand, met bovendien 2 keer €100 korting na een jaar. Dat zou dus neerkomen op gemiddeld €68/maand. Klinkt goed, toch? Ik heb het contract dan ook met vertrouwen ondertekend. Maar bij de eerste factuur bleek het bedrag ineens €175/maand te zijn — meer dan het dubbele! Ik belde meteen terug naar de persoon die me het contract verkocht had. Ze bevestigde dat ze het afgesproken bedrag van €83 op haar scherm zag staan, maar kon of wilde me dat niet zwart op wit bezorgen… De medewerkers van Eneco geven intussen toe dat het om misleiding door een externe partner gaat, maar zeggen dat het telefoongesprek niet meer op te vragen is omwille van de privacywetgeving. Aangezien ik het (onduidelijke) contract heb ondertekend met hun standaardtarieven, moet ik nu het hoge bedrag betalen. Vraagje: hoeveel mensen zouden ze op die manier al bedrogen hebben?
